Hawk now appends its own references (see
http://hawk.freenetproject.org/~freenet4/seedNodes.ref) to the reference
list included with the daily snapshots. This is not a perfect solution
since hawk could be manipulated to have only bad references, however it
will do as an interim solution. The results are impressive, I have
tested starting Freenet from scratch several times and it worked each
time.

I have added a resetDS.sh script to reset the datastore when it gets
fubarred, and included some warnings about known bugs in the run.sh
script. On this subject, Tavin assures me that he will be checking in
his new rewritted datastore code this-week sometime.

I have improved the update.sh script to download a new set of references
from hawk in addition to updating the .jar file.

I have switched on the nodestatus servlet by default - we may want to
add a link to it in the gateway.html file (I haven't done it yet
though).

The Windows people may want to add the hawk URL to the Windows installer
rather than the seed.ref URL on freenetproject.org.
