I just wrote in the previous posts what problems I experiences with 
FProxy which caused the node to die and costed me *hours* of debugging 
work as I thought the installer was broken. I will not turn on FProxy 
until it works smoothly on at least my machine. And I don't know what 
files to include to get the language depending part to work.

Mmmh, it should honor any existing freenet.ini in any case. It will 
ignore freenet.conf though.
