Are there any plans for a seed.ref rotator? Some script or CGI (or whatever server-side technology you want to use) that would draw from a pool of known refs and hand half a dozen or so off to a client whenever it's requested? This would only be useful before the more complex systems begin to materialize, but it would take some load off of the existing seed nodes. Also, a web interface for submitting refs would be very handy.
The Freenet winstaller as of 10-13-01 is coming along nicely but does "Copying files: fserve.exe" five times. One other thing: clear out the SourceForge bug tracker.
