Can I suggest that people with expertise of different parts of Fred 0.4
devote some time to documenting their knowledge at:

  http://freenetproject.org/wiki/index.php?Internals

I have already suggested a layout for this page, although people are
welcome to improve it as they see fit. I would hope that pages could be
created which tie together specific ideas which may not be coherently
explained if the descriptions are purely on a class-by-class basis.

Such documentation is the first step towards a "decentralization" of the
Freenet development effort which I think is causing problems right now -
where those with knowledge of specific areas don't currently have the
time to work on issues that others don't have the knowledge to address.
