Heh, a German trademan even trademarked Lady Di after she die died in a car crash a couple of years ago, (they were planning to sell underwear with her name AFAIK) so if you can trademark a nick name of a British princess, why shouldn?t you also trademark Jesus if it pleases you(/me wonders if the church already did that :-).
