Hey Tavin or Oskar,
I've changed the code over to use DLES instead of ElGamal. I was going
to eliminate the 32 bit check block on restarts, but you apparently use it
for 'safe' restarts. What are they? I reduced the 4 byte block
to 1 byte to keep that functionality for now.
All: DLES seems to be faster than ElGamal, and for our purposes
(small messages) takes up less wire space as well (86 bytes less). (and
the peasants rejoiced)
