Hi, I'd like to strongly request 2 easy new features for FCP. 15 minutes work for someone who knows the node code well.
1) Export ref 2) Restart Node With these features, there won't be any need to run the jar file for any reason except to start up the node. Protocol details: 1) Export ref - ask node to send a ref to itself (Client->Node) ClientExportRef EndMessage (Node->Client) NodeRef Length=<number: number of bytes in trailing field> Data <@Length bytes of the noderef text> 2) Restart node (Client->Node) ClientRestartNode [Password=<adminPassword>] EndMessage (Node->Client) NodeRestarting EndMessage Please don't casually brush off this request - it will help a lot towards the drive to make Freenet user-friendly Cheers David -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
