If things got to that point, I'd think that whether Freenet is "legal"
would be the least of our worries.  Remember that the "law" is
actually just a fiction designed to blind us from the reality that
there is nothing that practically limits the power and the will of the
state.  Also remember that the "law" is designed to cow us into
submission /without them having to really force us to submit/.  But at
that point, I'd say the first thing we should do is smash the US
government, no matter what doing so would take.
