I have added an optional HighestSeenBuild field to the ClientHello handshake
response.

This will be present if a newer build is spotted in the datastore.

I have updated the FCP spec at
http://freenetproject.org/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Main/FreenetClientProtocol

Assuming people have implemented their FCP code intelligently, the addition of
such a
field shouldn't cause any problems, but will likely encourage people to stay
up-to-date.

Ian.
