What is the worry?  Are we concerned that IIP might actually not be
secure and that we would lure people onto the channel with a false
sense of security?  At the moment, OPN is not anonymous in any way
really, so even if IIP was insecure, nothing would really change -
we'd be going from a non-anonymous IRC server to another non-anonymous
IRC server.
