Oskar,

I am sorry if anything in my previous set of emails had given you the
impression that I was kidding, joking around or otherwise attempting to
pull a practical joke over on the mailing list. Or perhaps when you said
"serious" what you really meant was "real" in which case you are
insulting me and that is definitely not appreciated.

Your suggestion that I should move my discussion to the tech mailing
list is fascinating. I'm sure you are aware, as I am, that nothing is
discussed on that list. In fact, any time someone raises a point on that
list that is worth discussing, it just sits there until someone decides
to forward it to devl at . Perhaps you meant that my idea is not worth
discussing... again I take offense.

You, personally, know nothing about me. How you managed to make your
decision regarding the worthiness of my programming ability and ability
to discuss development issues is beyond me and it is uninformed, at
best.

To directly reply to your request that I move my discussion to the tech
list, the answer is no. However, I would be willing to move it at the
request of more developers. However, since you don't feel I am a real
developer, I give you this opportunity to demonstrate, publicly, where
my inadequacy as a developer lies. What exactly is the problem with my
concept? Where is the fatal flaw that makes it such a waste of time? If
my problem exists due to misunderstandings about the way that fred and
freenet operates, perhaps you could take the time to explain to me how I
am wrong. After all, no one here bothers to keep the documentation up to
date so how is anyone expected to learn how fred operates with out
asking questions? If you are of the opinion that no one outside of the
current set of developers could possibly be of benefit to the project,
you are sadly mistaken and such an elitist view will only hamper the
project, not help it.

Personally, I don't think you even read the email that you replied to.
I'm of the opinion that you just decided it was not worth your time and
you have no objective information to support your view. I await your
objective analysis of the flaws in my idea and myself.

Thank you for your time,
