Very nice! A couple of comments: The menu to the left seems unnecessarily wide, in my browser - the longest menu item (Applications) is less than half the width of the menu. The current copyright notice is incorrect, it says "Copyright @ 2002 The Freenet Project" - but it should be "(c) Copyright 2002 The Freenet Project Inc" - (c) can optionally be exchanged for the copyright symbol - which is different from an 'at' (@). Also, I am not convinced about the rollovers - maybe I am crazy, but I always thought rollovers looked a bit tacky. If I am the only one, so be it, it isn't a big deal.
