Looks good to me. Only thing I notice is the DTD is for HTML 4.01, not XHTML.
It is also missing the xml
declaration at the top used by xml-compliant user agents.

To fix this, put these at the very top of the pages:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="style/main.css"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd";>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"; lang="en" xml:lang="en">

This will make it easier for compliant non-standard browsers to understand
(such as PDAs for example).

I think it looks good otherwise.
