Please inform me where this is stated so that I can update it.

I have since been maintaining the FCPtools, but have not been releasing 
snapshots anywhere.  Currently, the tools are within the Freenet 
source's CVS tree.  Check freenet/Contrib/fcptools.

I have started versioning the tools as a whole via automake.  The new 
command line interface will display version information with the 
parameter "-V, --version".

The most recent version of fcpget looks something like this:

  key                    Freenet key (freenet:KSK at gpl.txt)
  file                   Write key's data to file (default "stdout")
