Thanks for trying to calm things down, I honestly can't see why CofE got
such a bee in his bonnet over this, and quite frankly, I am done
pandering to him.

We had a debate here, and most of the core developers indicated their
preference - the majority opinion was absolutely clear. While we should
always take everyone's opinions into account, and I certainly listened
carefully to CofE's arguments, but I find myself being increasingly
irritated by the fact that he seems to feel that his opinion is more
important than that of most of the core developer's combined. If he
doesn't agree with us, he is free to continue to make his arguments, but
his threats to shut down his freesite if we don't comply with his opinion
do not help his argument one little bit.

I frequently back down on issues where I see that a majority of people
disagree with me - simply because I don't think that I am smarter than
everyone else here, CofE should learn to do the same.
