I think we should get rid of colliding data at all on Inserts.

a) How so?
b) Not really, I mean the request would be routed to the same place as
the Insert, so it is very different from reseting the RT, which would,
presumeably, place you in a random place on the network. What you really
need is "ignore local data, and send request to random node." I wonder
what always making the first jump random would do...
