fcpget is running on Debian GNU/Linux, unstable, on an i386. My Freenet
node is running on Debian GNU/Linux, testing, on a different i386.

Actual command is "fcpget -v 4 -n dwarf KSK at gpl.txt". It gives no
diagnostics at all -- just "Failed to open 'KSK at gpl.txt'" and then
exits. I can fetch that key in a browser through fproxy, and yes, my
fcpget box is in the fcpHosts list of the node.
