Well, I haven't volunteered to be the permanent maintainer (or syncer,
for that matter), and I personally just copied visually from the HTML
gotten from that into the little Wiki edit box, making modifications
as I went along to what I thought could be better or what needed to be
added (so it is currently NOT synced). I didn't actually modify any
source, and currently I don't have any sort of Freenet CVS access (so
I can't maintain both of them, or put any of my own modifications back
into CVS by myself). I don't plan to be one of the maintainers, as
I've got enough of my own projects, and the only real Freenet-related
project I'm working on right now is the O'Caml FCP module).

Well, if I could chose any documentation format for a project, I would
personally choose Texinfo (TeX, HTML, and info, all in one) over SGML
or XML (both of which I'm no fan of).

Yes, I know my enemies.
They're the teachers who tell me to fight me.
Compromise, conformity, assimilation, submission, ignorance,
hypocrisy, brutality, the elite.
All of which are American dreams.
