It should be 1.1 compatable, but occasionally some non-1.1 code sneaks
in.  We will try to resolve these issues.

For convenience we have placed all of the libraries that Freenet
requires in the freenet-ext.jar file which is downloaded to the lib/
directory, this is to allow it to work "out of the box".  We may want to
make this mechanism smarter so that it doesn't bother doing this if the
libraries are already available on the machine, but it shouldn't hurt
anything even if they are.
