I second this suggestion.  I would really like the option to run my Freenet
node at a slightly lower priority than normal in windows.   I know I can
manually set it thru the task manager every time I reboot, but I would
appreciate the option to not have to worry about.

Before I discovered that manually lowering priority improves my system
performance, I had tried to keep my node up 24/7, but I had unfortunately
had to stop my node occasionally during heavy traffic in order to play an
online game without "lagging" horribly.  Now, with priority set to "below
normal", I can play with acceptable response time, and I no longer stop the
node.

I think that most windows users won't run nodes 24/7 if they encounter this
problem, so please implement a configurable setting or set Freenet/Java to
run "below normal" priority.  I don't believe this will hurt Freenet's
performance noticeably.
