The attached file is a patch to fproxy that causes it
to include a refresh meta tag on certain network error
pages - I intended it to only show up for RNF and DNF
as these seem to make the most sense. The patch is a
godsend when you are getting tons and tons of RNF and
it actualy has brought through a couple pages that
were DNF. It gives freenet one of my favorite
features: leave it alone for long enough and it will
do what you want even in the face of errors.

At this time the redirect does not incriment the HTL
on each refresh. This was done because I lack the
skills to correctly parse all the data that gets
passed through the URI (date= and such).

I hope you'll integrate it into the code as I find it
extremly usefull.
