There is no reason to do this as a control document. It should be done as document metadata - that is a seperate MetadataPart added to any level of the redirect chain or the bundle itself. It could be worth discussing whether fproxy should be caching the data contents itself, or reextract the bundle every time (counting on the DataStore to cache it). Also, should it really be a zip.
