SplitFileDownloader seems to have an interesting bug. The first time it gets a (big) FEC splitfile, sometimes, it gets all the chunks then waits for the other threads to finish, getting more chunks in the process. The last thread stalls for more than an hour, and the whole request times out. What can we do about this? And what is the purpose of the wait where you have commented "// REDFLAG: Stall???" ?
