you can change it to any time interval, actully - for example, FIW's dbr
-> edition site is weekly, and the freenet shortsheed is 4 days

wehile this is agreed, the reality of implenting updatable keys is much
more difficult than one would think if you want to have some semblence of
speed and reliabity in this case ;)
