Then increase the default storeSize to 1GB. Besides, 4MB files are
automatically split up (redundantly), at least by the fproxy insertor, into
256kB chunks. There is a reason for the storeSize/200 limit - this is
that requests that are in progress count towards the bytes used but
cannot be deleted until they finish somehow.
