When I first started using freenet 0.4, i ran a 24/7
node until i heard that it was bad for the network
because it only ran for a couple hours a day.  When I
switched to transient there was definitly a speed
decrease, so I think it is valid advise.  Is this good
for the network, though?  If there are a lot of 24/7
nodes only running a few hours a day, will this really
mess stuff up?  Otherwise, I'll just start a 24/7 node
again.
