Better that we have false positives than false negatives. Only way to
avoid this is to have a full HTML parser; this would also avoid all
possible false negatives, but only by tripping on code that we don't
understand i.e. stuff that uses more recent standards. It would be a lot
of work and it would need to be constantly updated.
