As reported by Philipp Lenherr on support at freenetproject.org the fproxyBindaddress = * is broken.
My suggestion is a staggered release and some form of regression. I imagine you all have discussed this in the past but I am volunteering to help out in a small way. If there is a "prerelease" of some sort myself and others can upgrade immediately and run some simple sanity checks before a regular release is made. Obviously this would help insulate some of the less adventurous freeneters from blatent breakages. If a mailing list is set up to announce prereleases I will set up an automated sanity check system of my own and can feed back results to devl.
