Hi! I found a testsuite for users. You can install it on the project server, if you think it's useful.
http://entropymine.com/jason/testbed/mime/ The link to the testsuite on the project server or to this URL can you include to the FProxy gateway. The user can check his browser himself. If he want to know more, he can read some webpages, like http://ppewww.ph.gla.ac.uk/~flavell/www/content-type.html or others. I think it's not your problem if the user uses such buggy browsers like IE.
