Are keys without PAgM valid? I added auto checking for it because I got
several support complaints where people had cut it off their keys, and now
I've gotten an email from someone saying their key shouldn't have it - so,
should it?
I'm going to add support for the new FEC file format on thursday (hehe,
stupid day job getting in the way), and write the java retrieval app I
talked about a week ago, btw.
