Toad says this is an anonymity filter bug, and to mail him.  It's
easier for me to mail the devl list.

If I request the same document through the FCP interface, or from a
node running an older build, it works fine.  The node is running
build 524 (compiled locally from CVS a day or so ago), in Kaffe 1.0.7
on OpenBSD 3.2 i386.
