I think the idea is that people should err on the side of setting up a 
permanent node and selecting that option unless they are certain that 
their node won't be permanent.  The default should be a permanent node.

Yes, and this stuff should be moved to a geekier tab, possibly in a "NAT
Configuration" section. Also, are we making ourselves look
unprofessional by using the term "geek" for these tabs?
