Specific changes: Add dontThrottle to Address.connect() Indenting etc Logging improvements Don't throttle connections when created Update ARK even if no old address Add limitAll (option to limit even local traffic, for debugging) A noderef with physical addresses supercedes one without if both the same revision Distribution Node link should go to the node inet IP if possible, rather than loopback Paranoid checks RoutingTime, AvailableThreads, ActiveJobs in NewInfo FnpLink heavily augmented with timings etc to track down long connectingTime delays - this should not affect performance unless logLevel=debug Throttle streams after negotiation has finished Logging in Bandwidth, ThrottledInputStream etc
