Hmmm.... I'm not sure if this is the same problem or
not, but my node has a very annoying, repetitive
failure of some type that limits it's traffic, even
though it appears never to even meet much less exceed
the resource limits of the machine or the connection
it's on.

It a three-day pattern of no traffic, then moderate
traffic, then heavy traffic, then moderate traffic,
then no traffic, then moderate traffic, etc. (I've
included the most recent inboundConnectionsAccepted
file at bottom.)

Anyone got any idea what's going on here? I've checked
all the diagnostics and the node has never, throughout
all these pattern repetitons,  rejected any traffic
because of bandwith, thread, or memory limits, so I'm
pretty much stumped.
