The main question is if working on the developement & promoting of peer to peer anonymizing software is as sure as the text editor developement & marketing. I think it is not, in US as in EU as in China. While the two step linking is enough to be safe by the letter of law in EU and AFAIK in US, it is not enough to be safe from the spirit of the law. But burying the index links deeper in the fproxy page will not change that; if someone think so is far, fr away from the reality. FWIW.
