Some people like images, but not overcrowding.

CPU time and connection maxout are problems.

I can stand it - I even like it, in limited cases like the frontpage and 
splitfile download - but definitely don't need it on the error page. I think 
(and will actually try and write a patch for this - it can't be that hard) 
the best way is to provide both pretty and functional error pages, and have 
an option to switch them.
