With a 100ms delay for coalescing:
1 to 75: 52999 751 to 825: 111
76 to 150: 284067 826 to 900: 71
151 to 225: 48773 901 to 975: 83
226 to 300: 13638 976 to 1050: 71
301 to 375: 2103 1051 to 1125: 109
376 to 450: 1106 1126 to 1200: 38818
451 to 525: 1687 1201 to 1275: 1276
526 to 600: 236 1276 to 1350: 209
601 to 675: 337 1351 to 1425: 110
676 to 750: 252 1426 to 1500+: 10564
This clearly shows that a short delay for coalescing works, in that it
causes many more larger packets to be sent.
Next step: reform the FNPLinkPing system; we don't normally need to send
FNPLinkPing's, we can pick the round trip time off the time it takes for
the peer to acknowledge a given packet.
