been successfully acknowledged one packet is added to the congestion
window (picture 1)."

This is by no means what we (or Dijjer) use either for transfers or for
requests! What we use for transfers is every time a SINGLE packet has
been successfully acknowledged, we increase the window linearly.

Is the algorithm as we and Dijjer have implemented it correct? Are you
sure?
