I forgot the aim of the proposal :
I'd like to make freenet-ext version dependant but it would be cool if
it could be built without dependencies on the code... So that we could
add "version" related code (bdb stuffs for .7 for example, javax for .5
and .6, ...) and it won't require to download the full tree to build it.
