There's no need to *agree* to the GPL, but the user should still be shown the licence. Maybe just show the "Under the GPL version whatever" and "No Warranty" texts (from the GPL's "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs" section, <http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html#SEC4>) and offer an choice of "show GPL" or "Next >>" to continue with the installation. --Joel
