The hacks will work even on foreign language versions of Windows?

Even if you can't maintain it, getting it working is a big step
forwards, if we can solve all the below problems.

Sticking with antinstaller has the advantage of not having to rewrite
the existing rather nice GUI; only switch if it's not possible to
cleanly and effectively do what we need with antinstaller but it is with
IzPack...
