You need the following options:
-Xloggc:freenet.loggc
-Xrunhprof:heap=all,format=a,depth=16,lineno=y,doe=y,gc_okay=y

These can be added as arguments in the wrapper.conf
(wrapper.java.additional.3, wrapper.java.additional.4). If you do that
then eliminate the JVM exit timeout as well, as it can take a while to
write this out:
wrapper.jvm_exit.timeout=0
