Freenet 0.7 build 1052 is now available. This build features another fix to the load stats code (which ultimately controls how many requests the node accepts and therefore how much bandwidth it uses etc), and a fix the the first time wizard (we were setting the output bandwidth limit to 15 bytes per second by default!).
