It's easier to remove them altogether... and as they weren't
dissmissable, it somehow solves a "bug" :p

I guess it's a matter of policy : how restricted do we want the
restricted mode to be ? I suggest we wait for feedback from users before
spending any additionnal time on it. I find unlikely people will use it
:)
