[freenet-dev] Uploads fail

I often see a problem with uploads in the global queue: Frost starts
the upload, and the upload continues without problems until it reaches
100%. Then the upload item is shown as failed on the fproxy queue page
(Temp file error), but NO fcp2 message about this was sent to the
applications! Is this a known problem, what happens there?
