I've just upgraded mantis to a new version... and ran into some
encoding related problems doing it... hence the downtime.
Everything should have been sorted out by now. Please
double-check that everything works as expected and ensure that
any modification you may have made after "2008-08-13 20:28" GMT
has been taken into account (I had to restore a backup at some
point).
