I have attempted to specify those things that must be specified separately from the use cases, and added a reasonable prologue from the point of view of a designer using this document. I have kept Freemail and Freetalk separate, as IMHO there are many web-based email and forums services to draw on.
Review would be welcome, but we should send something derived from this to our donor soon. Perhaps he will be able to fund a designer...
