 From the days when I used to do desktop support, most users who want to 
stop something from auto-loading go into the program preferences, and 
uncheck the option that says "Load XXXXX on startup."
They only do this if it provides a system tray icon.. Otherwise, they 
never notice that it loaded on startup in the first place.

Keep in mind that a user removes freenet from auto-start, they might as 
well uninstall it.. It won't help the network very, and further, it'll 
give them terrible performance.
