The terminology is somewhat confusing, alerts, events, feeds. There
isn't really any difference between a UserAlert and a Feed. A feed
doesn't have to refer to inter-node communication. 

A FCP feed-message is sent when a UserAlert is registered in the
UserAlertManager. The default message being sent is ReceivedStatusFeed
that contains the text in the UserAlert.
