Hello mentors and developers,

I am a quite familiar with the Freenet project and I am excited because it
is among selected projects for GSoC 2009.
Unfortunately, in the past years I could not participate in this program due
to timing issues. But now it is not a problem and I am interested in
contributing for such a great project.

I have an idea to discuss in the context of GSoC. What do you think about an
automatic (distributed) mechanism to fight content pollution in the Freenet
network? This is a topic related to my Master's studies and it would be a
pleasure to have an opportunity to contribute.

What do you think about this idea?
Is content pollution a potential problem in Freenet networks?
Could it be a project in the context of Google Summer of Code?

Thanks in advance.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards.
